About NovaLinkEvolve

We're a small IT team in Chon Buri who got tired of watching good software get derailed by bugs that should've been caught earlier. So we built something better.

How We Started

Back in early 2023, three of us were working on different development teams around Thailand. And we kept running into the same frustration – bug reports that went nowhere. Issues got lost in email threads, developers couldn't reproduce problems because the details were too vague, and project managers had no real visibility into what was actually broken.

One particularly rough project in mid-2023 pushed us over the edge. A client application had this recurring crash that took us three weeks to pin down, mostly because the initial report was just "it crashes sometimes." We thought there had to be a better way to capture the context around bugs when they happen.

By October 2024, we'd built the first version of what would become our bug tracking system. Started using it ourselves. Then a friend's team tried it. Word got around. And here we are.

What Drives Us

These aren't buzzwords for us. They're the things we actually think about when building features or talking to clients.

Clarity Over Complexity

Bug tracking shouldn't require a manual. We design tools that make sense the first time you use them, because developers have better things to do than learn another complicated system.

Real Support

When you email us, you get one of the three founders. Not a ticket number. We answer questions, take feature requests seriously, and actually remember your project context from last time.

Built for Developers

We're developers ourselves. Our tools integrate with the workflows you already use, capture the technical details you actually need, and get out of your way when you just want to fix bugs.

Our Philosophy

Most bug tracking systems were built for project managers, not for the people actually fixing the bugs. That's backwards, in our view.

Good bug reports need three things: what happened, what was supposed to happen, and enough context to reproduce it. Everything else is noise. We focus on capturing those essentials automatically when possible, and making them easy to add when they're not.

We've also learned that different teams work differently. Some want detailed workflows with approvals. Others just need a simple list of what's broken. Our system adapts to how you actually work, rather than forcing you into someone else's process.

"The best bug tracking tool is the one developers will actually use. If it's too complicated or takes too long, people just won't bother."

Our Journey So Far

From frustrated developers to a small team serving clients across Thailand and beyond.

March 2023

The Problem Gets Too Real

After losing weeks to poorly documented bugs on multiple projects, we started prototyping a better system during evenings and weekends.

October 2024

First Working Version

Launched internally with two development teams in Bangkok. Fixed about a hundred things based on their feedback over the next few months.

March 2025

Opening Up

Started taking on external clients. Set up our office in Chon Buri and actually registered as a proper business.

Today

Growing Steadily

Now working with development teams of all sizes. Still making improvements every week based on what we learn from real use cases.

How We Work With You

No complicated onboarding processes. No sales calls. Just straightforward steps to get your team up and running.

1

Understanding Your Setup

We start with a conversation about how your team currently handles bugs. What's working? What's frustrating? What tools are you already using? This helps us configure things to match your existing workflow.

2

Quick Implementation

Most teams are tracking their first bugs within a day. We handle the technical setup, import any existing issues you want to keep, and integrate with your current development tools.

3

Ongoing Refinement

The first month is when we really dial things in. You'll probably want to adjust notification settings, tweak report templates, or add custom fields. We're available to make those changes as you figure out what works best.

4

Long-Term Partnership

We're around when you need us. Whether that's helping with a tricky integration, adding features as your team grows, or just answering questions when something's unclear.
