NovaLinkEvolve

How We Work: Open, Honest, Clear

Bug tracking shouldn't feel like a mystery. We built NovaLinkEvolve around one simple idea: you deserve to know exactly what's happening with your software issues, who's working on them, and when they'll be resolved.

Real-Time Visibility Into Every Issue

Back in early 2024, we noticed something frustrating. Teams would submit bug reports and then... silence. Days would pass with no updates. Questions went unanswered. That disconnect between reporting and resolution drove us to build something different.

Every issue tracked through our system comes with complete visibility. You see who's assigned, current status, estimated resolution time, and actual progress. No waiting for weekly reports or chasing down updates.

Complete Access

View your full issue history, team performance metrics, and resolution patterns anytime.

Instant Updates

Get notified when status changes, with explanations written by actual humans on your team.

Direct Communication

Talk directly with developers working on your issues, ask questions, provide context.

What Transparency Looks Like Daily

These aren't aspirational goals. This is how we actually operate with every client in Thailand and beyond. We learned these practices by making mistakes and listening when clients told us what they needed.

Full Documentation

Every decision, code change, and resolution gets documented. You can trace why any bug fix was handled a certain way.

Performance Data

See average resolution times, recurring issue patterns, and team response metrics updated daily.

Realistic Timelines

We give honest estimates based on actual complexity, not what sounds good. If something takes longer, you know why.

Security Clarity

Your data location, access controls, and security measures are clearly documented and available.

Clear Pricing

No hidden fees, surprise charges, or unclear billing. You see exactly what you're paying for each month.

Team Accountability

Know which team member is handling your issues and how to reach them directly if needed.

How We Keep You Informed

Communication shouldn't require chasing people down. Here's exactly what you get and when you get it. These updates happen automatically unless you prefer different timing.

1

Issue Submission

You submit a bug report through our system. Within 2 hours during business hours, someone reviews it, assigns priority, and acknowledges receipt with initial assessment.

You get: Ticket number, assigned team member, estimated priority level, and preliminary timeline.
2

Investigation Phase

Developer digs into the issue. You see progress updates as they happen — when they start investigating, what they find, any questions they have.

Updates appear in real-time in your dashboard. Most clients check once daily, but you can watch live if you want.
3

Solution Development

Once we know what's causing the bug, you get a clear explanation of the fix approach and realistic completion time. If complications arise, you hear about them immediately with adjusted timelines.

This is where some tracking systems go dark. We do the opposite — you see more detail during this phase because it's where the actual work happens.

4

Testing & Verification

Fix gets tested in staging environment. You can access this environment to verify the solution yourself before deployment.

Many of our Thailand-based clients prefer to verify fixes themselves before production deployment. We encourage it.
5

Resolution & Follow-Up

After deployment, we monitor for 48 hours to catch any related issues. You get a final report with what was fixed, how it was fixed, and any recommendations to prevent similar bugs.

Then we check back in a week later to make sure everything's still working as expected. That final check catches issues that only show up under real-world usage conditions.

See How It Works With Your Team

The best way to understand our approach is to experience it. We can walk you through our tracking system using one of your actual bugs or show you anonymized examples from similar projects.
